We are a trade show exhibit house based in Las Vegas at 3960 Howard Hughes Parkway, Suite 500, Las Vegas, NV 89169, about a mile from the Las Vegas Convention Center. We have been building since 2014 and have completed more than 500 builds. We rent exhibits, we design and fabricate custom ones, we print the graphics, we run the LED, we handle the freight, we place the labor call, and we are in the hall when the booth goes up.
Why being in Las Vegas matters
Transport to the receiving point and material handling inside the event are separate parts of the budget. Review the shipment weight, receiving route, delivery schedule and applicable show-service charges in the written project quote.
Facilities
Las Vegas is our show-floor operation. Our Orlando facility carries 40,000 square feet of storage, 20,000 square feet of CNC wood custom fabrication and 20,000 square feet of graphic printing. Everything is done in house — our own printers, our own CNC machinery; we print our own hanging signs. Nothing is farmed out, which is why a schedule we commit to is a schedule we control.
How we work
Discovery: the show, the footprint, the visitor goals, the demonstrations, the meetings, the schedule and the operational constraints. Design and scope: layout, structure, graphics, technology, services and a quote built against confirmed requirements rather than assumptions. Production: fabrication, graphics, AV preparation, inspection, packing, documentation and freight readiness. Show-floor delivery and return: routing, labor, installation, opening-day closeout, dismantle, repack and return handoff.
What we will tell you honestly
Whether you should rent or build. Whether a double deck is worth the engineering and approval overhead for your show. Whether the footprint you bought is the right one. Whether the thing you want costs more than it will return. We would rather lose a line item than have a client spend money on a booth that does not work, because the second one costs us the next three shows.
