Every category we rent in Las Vegas, organized by footprint and by type. Start with the space you bought — the footprint decides more about what the exhibit can do than any styling choice does.

By type
LED exhibits — the video surface is the focal point, with content, processing, power and on-site technical support included
Island exhibits — open on all four sides, with no back wall to hide the working parts behind
Double-deck exhibits — a second level for private meetings, with engineered drawings, fire-marshal review and occupancy approval handled
Custom and modular exhibits — reconfigurable systems with custom elements where they earn their cost
Additional sizes — corner allocations, odd depths, peninsula spaces and venue-specific footprints
How to choose
Footprint first, then type. An inline space and an island space are different design problems, not different sizes of the same one: an inline has one wall doing all the work and an island has four open approaches and nowhere to hide storage. Once the footprint is settled, LED versus printed graphics is a question of whether your message changes during the show or across shows — if it does, LED pays for itself; if it does not, a well-printed backwall will outperform a badly-planned video wall every time.
Ceiling clearance at the Las Vegas Convention Center runs from 12 feet below the North Hall second level to 35 feet in North Halls 1 and 2, Central 3 through 5 and West Hall, which decides whether a hanging sign is possible. Ground-level halls are rated at 450 pounds per square foot and the South Hall upper level at 300.
Labor and exhibitor-performed work rules depend on the show, venue, task and current exhibitor manual. Review the permitted work, contractor arrangements and move-in procedures for your assigned space before scheduling the installation.
