This is our home market. Our facility is at 3960 Howard Hughes Parkway, Suite 500, Las Vegas, NV 89169, about a mile from the Las Vegas Convention Center. Every exhibit we rent for a Las Vegas show ships across town rather than across the country, which removes the largest and least predictable line on most show budgets.
The buildings
The Las Vegas Convention Center’s official overview describes approximately 2.9 million square feet of exhibit space and 225 meeting rooms. Use the current facility guide and your assigned hall plan to confirm usable space, access, rigging and floor requirements for the exhibit.Las Vegas Convention Center official facility information
The Venetian Convention & Expo Center runs about 2.25 million square feet as Halls A through G. Mandalay Bay Convention Center holds 2,100,000 square feet divisible into 75 rooms across three floors, including the 70,000 square foot Oceanside Ballroom. CAESARS FORUM opened in 2020 with 550,000 square feet including the two largest pillarless ballrooms in the world at 110,000 square feet each and a 100,000 square foot outdoor plaza. World Market Center pairs a 5 million square foot permanent showroom campus with a 315,000 square foot expo hall. Westgate carries 225,000 square feet of event space across from the convention center.
Ceiling clearance at the Las Vegas Convention Center is not uniform, and it decides whether your hanging sign flies. North Halls 1 and 2 reach 35 feet and North 3 and 4 reach 33; the North air-wall track drops to 28 feet and the area below the second level to 12. Central 1 is 25 feet, Central 2 is 20, Central 3 through 5 reach 35 and the Central 3 concourse 31. South 1 is 25 feet, South 2 is 30 and South 4 is 25. Ground-level halls are rated at 450 pounds per square foot; the South Hall upper level at 300.
Labor and exhibitor-performed work rules depend on the show, venue, task and current exhibitor manual. Review the permitted work, contractor arrangements and move-in procedures for your assigned space before scheduling the installation.
The Las Vegas show calendar
Las Vegas hosts more major trade shows than any city in the United States and the calendar never really stops. January opens with CES across the entire campus, then PPAI Expo, World of Concrete, SHOT Show and Las Vegas Market. February brings Design & Construction Week with IBS and KBIS together, plus The International Surface Event and MAGIC. Spring runs ASD Market Week, AAOS, Vision Expo, NAB Show, ISC West, Pizza Expo and Bar & Restaurant Expo. Summer brings JCK, Cisco Live, AWFS, Cosmoprof, the Clean Show, Black Hat and DEF CON. Fall runs PACK EXPO, Global Gaming Expo, PRINTING United, NBAA-BACE, IMEX, SupplySide, SEMA, AAPEX, RE+ and ISSA. December closes with MJBizCon, LDI, the National Finals Rodeo and Cowboy Christmas filling more than 500,000 square feet of the South Halls for ten days.
We build for all of it — the enormous shows and the ones nobody outside their industry has heard of. It does not matter whether it is CES or a western gift show in December; the exhibitor still needs a booth that works on that floor.
Exhibitors come to Las Vegas from everywhere

Common questions
Can you deliver to any Las Vegas venue?
Yes — Las Vegas Convention Center, Venetian Expo, Mandalay Bay, CAESARS FORUM, Westgate, World Market Center, South Point, the Strip resort ballrooms and the rest. Each building has its own freight path, its own move-in rules and its own ceiling and load figures, and we plan against the specific building rather than in general.
How quickly can you turn around a Las Vegas booth?
Faster than a vendor shipping in, because the exhibit is already in this city. We have installed booths on very short notice. It costs more, because graphics and labor move to expedited rates, but it is possible in a way it simply is not when the crate has to cross the country first.
