Everything below is delivered by one team on one quote. That is the point — a trade show project fails at the handoffs, and every handoff we remove is a failure mode removed. Call (702) 760-4036.
Trade Show Exhibit Rentals
Choose a verified rental configuration and adapt the graphics, meeting areas, product displays, storage and floor plan around your show goals. Renting gives you a finished exhibit with no capital outlay, no storage bill between shows and no refurbishment cost when the design dates. Graphics are printed new for every show, so the same structure never looks the same twice.
Custom Design & Fabrication
When the exhibit has to do something a rental system cannot, we design and build it. Product demonstrations with specific requirements, unusual structures, brand environments that have to be exactly one thing. Fabrication runs through our own shop rather than being farmed out, which is why the schedule holds.
Graphics Production
Artwork specification, preflight against that specification, output, finishing, labeling, packing and installation. Every graphic is produced for the exact surface it goes on rather than resized from something made for another booth, and the approved color is the color that reaches the wall.
LED & Interactive Technology
Pixel pitch and brightness specified against the actual viewing distance in your booth, not against a brochure number. Content preparation, playback hardware, processing, power ordering, rigging coordination and a technician on site through show days.
Project Management
One project lead connecting design decisions, graphic approvals, freight milestones, venue requirements, labor scheduling and show-service orders. One person who knows the whole project, so you are not the one holding the thread between five vendors.
Freight & Logistics
Outbound freight planning, advance-warehouse or direct-to-show routing, material-handling touchpoints, delivery documentation and return freight. Material handling is charged by weight and is the most underestimated line on a show budget; we plan packaging and weight with that in mind.
Installation & Dismantle
We place the labor call, supervise the install, stay reachable through show days, and handle the dismantle, repack and return. Las Vegas labor jurisdiction means the crew has to be called correctly — that is our job, not yours.
Show-Services Coordination
Electrical, rigging, drayage, cleaning, internet, lead retrieval and everything else the exhibitor kit asks for, ordered against the deadlines that carry discounts rather than the ones that carry surcharges.
Warehousing & Asset Management
Storage between events, inspection of returning components, tracking of reusable assets, and identification of repair or replacement needs before the next show cycle rather than on the show floor.
Refurbishment & Program Support
Refreshing an existing exhibit rather than replacing it: new graphics, updated technology, reconfigured layout, repaired structure. Often the right answer when the bones are good and only the message has changed.
Why one accountable team matters more than it sounds
A typical show goes wrong in the gaps. The graphics house does not know the panel dimensions changed. The freight company does not know the move-in window moved. The labor crew arrives before the crate does. Nobody is wrong and the booth is still not up. When design, graphics, technology, freight, labor and show services run through one team, those gaps do not exist, and when something does go wrong there is one person to call rather than a conference bridge.
Ceiling clearance at the Las Vegas Convention Center is not uniform, and it decides whether your hanging sign flies. North Halls 1 and 2 reach 35 feet and North 3 and 4 reach 33; the North air-wall track drops to 28 feet and the area below the second level to 12. Central 1 is 25 feet, Central 2 is 20, Central 3 through 5 reach 35 and the Central 3 concourse 31. South 1 is 25 feet, South 2 is 30 and South 4 is 25. Ground-level halls are rated at 450 pounds per square foot; the South Hall upper level at 300.
Labor and exhibitor-performed work rules depend on the show, venue, task and current exhibitor manual. Review the permitted work, contractor arrangements and move-in procedures for your assigned space before scheduling the installation.
Compare the written scope before the total
Start with the same booth plan, show edition and delivery schedule for every quote. Identify the exhibit structure, graphic surfaces, furnishings and technology being proposed. Separate transport to the receiving point from material handling inside the event; these are different movements and may appear on different invoices.
For each line, record who orders the work, who pays the provider, what quantity or allowance is assumed, and what triggers an extra charge. Review electrical, internet, rigging, labor, cleaning, storage and return freight against the official exhibitor information. A service being coordinated does not by itself mean its third-party charge is included.
Compare the approval deadline and change process as carefully as the price. The written scope should identify the design version, supplied artwork, agreed dates and responsibility for changes.
Prepare stored assets for the next show
Prepare a crate list with outside dimensions, known weights, identification labels and the components expected inside. Include condition photographs and note items sent elsewhere. Match the inventory to the next floor plan, then identify graphics, repairs and components that need review.
Confirm inspection, approved updates, packing, pickup, return and storage responsibilities in the project scope. Approve repair, replacement or disposal separately so an inventory review is not mistaken for permission to change your assets.
Common questions
Can I use some of these services without renting the exhibit from you?
Yes. Plenty of exhibitors own their exhibit and need graphics, freight, labor, storage or show-services coordination in Las Vegas. We take that work. We will also inspect an owned exhibit on return and tell you honestly what needs repair before the next show rather than after it.
Do you handle shows outside Las Vegas?
Yes. Las Vegas is where our facility is and where we know the buildings best, and we coordinate programs into other markets. If your year runs Las Vegas plus several other cities, we can carry all of it.
