A custom exhibit is the right answer when the booth has to do something a rental system cannot — a product demonstration with specific requirements, an unusual structure, a brand environment that has to be exactly one thing and not an adaptation of something else. We design and fabricate custom exhibits in house rather than farming the work out, which is the reason the schedule holds.
When custom is the right call — and when it is not
Most exhibitors are better served by a rental. A rental gives you the finished appearance of a purchased exhibit with no capital outlay, no storage cost between shows and no refurbishment bill when the design dates, and the graphics are printed new every time so it never looks the same twice. Custom earns its cost when the exhibit has a job a system genuinely cannot do: a machine that has to be integrated into the structure, a demonstration that needs a purpose-built environment, a vehicle on a platform, a second level. We will tell you honestly which side your project falls on rather than selling you the more expensive one.

Double decks specifically
A second level buys private meeting space above the floor without giving up selling space below it. It is also the most involved thing you can put on a show floor: engineered drawings, venue and fire-marshal approval, occupancy sign-off, an accessibility plan and a longer install window, all submitted well ahead of the show rather than sorted during move-in. We handle the engineering package and the approvals and build the timeline backward from the approval deadline.
What Las Vegas will let you build
Ceiling clearance at the Las Vegas Convention Center runs from 12 feet below the North Hall second level to 35 feet in North Halls 1 and 2, Central 3 through 5 and West Hall, which decides whether a hanging sign is possible. Ground-level halls are rated at 450 pounds per square foot and the South Hall upper level at 300.
Labor and exhibitor-performed work rules depend on the show, venue, task and current exhibitor manual. Review the permitted work, contractor arrangements and move-in procedures for your assigned space before scheduling the installation.
The process
Discovery first: the show, the footprint, what has to happen in the booth, the demonstrations, the meetings, the schedule and the constraints. Then design and scope — layout, structure, graphics, technology, services and a quote against confirmed requirements. Then production: fabrication, graphics, AV preparation, inspection, packing, documentation and freight readiness. Then the floor: routing, labor, installation, opening-day closeout, dismantle, repack and return.
