What 100 square feet actually gives you
A 10x10 is the hardest booth to do well, because there is nowhere to hide. One hundred square feet, neighbors on both sides, and a single backwall that has to attract, explain and close. The mistake almost everyone makes is treating it like a small version of a big booth — putting a table across the front and standing behind it. Open the front, put the message high where it reads over a crowd, and make the counter work as storage so the floor stays clear.
What a 10x10 rental costs, honestly
The exhibit is one line of five. Budget for the space itself, which you buy from the show organizer; the exhibit; the graphics; material handling and drayage, charged by weight; and the labor to install and dismantle it. Las Vegas labor rates and drayage move a show budget more than most exhibitors expect, and a 10x10 with LED and a hanging sign sits in a very different range than a 10x10 with a printed backwall. Where a 10x10 works in Las Vegas
We build 10x10 exhibits into every major Las Vegas venue. Ceiling clearance at the Las Vegas Convention Center runs from 12 feet below the North Hall second level up to 35 feet in North Halls 1 and 2, Central 3 through 5 and West Hall — which decides whether a hanging sign is possible at all. Ground-level halls are rated at 450 pounds per square foot and the South Hall upper level at 300. We check your assigned space before anything is fabricated.

Do you rent trade show exhibits, or only build custom ones?
Both, and most Las Vegas exhibitors are better served by renting. A rental gives you the finished appearance of a purchased exhibit with no capital outlay, no storage bill between shows and no refurbishment cost when the design dates. You get new graphics every time and you can change footprint from one year to the next. We also design and fabricate custom exhibits when the booth has to do something a rental cannot. What is included when I rent an exhibit from you?

Can I get a 10x10 with an LED video wall?
Yes. LED is available at every footprint we rent, including 10x10. It brings real requirements with it — dedicated power, a content plan, a processor, and a rigging plan for anything overhead — and all of that is included in what we quote. A technician stays on site through show days. We spec pixel pitch and brightness against the actual viewing distance in your booth rather than against a brochure number.
How soon should I book a 10x10 for a Las Vegas show?
Three to four months out gets you the best result and the best price. Work backward from the deadlines rather than forward from today: graphics need artwork approval before output, freight needs a targeted move-in window, and electrical and rigging orders carry discount deadlines that close weeks ahead of the show. We take projects much later and still deliver, but late work moves everything to expedited rates.
