Exhibit overview

The exhibit, adapted around your show.

Review the supplied exhibit description, then request a project quote to confirm customization, services, timing, availability, and final scope.

This 10x30 inline exhibit rental is built for the exhibitor who has 300 square feet of linear space and needs every inch of it working.

A 10x30 is 300 square feet of linear run, which lets you sequence the visit along the aisle: something that stops them, something that shows them, something that closes.

The LED surfaces are the center of this design. Content is the thing people actually stop for, so plan the loop before the structure is finalized: short, silent-legible, and built to be understood from the aisle rather than from a seat. We handle the content specification, the processor, the power and the technical staffing during show days.

This exhibit is in the catalog because it works at World of Concrete. World of Concrete runs heavy. Mixers, pumps, saws and lifts sit on the floor and in the outdoor lots, and an exhibit built for this show has to survive being walked through in work boots for three days.

World of Concrete has one requirement that catches people out. Equipment weight is the design constraint. Ground-level halls at the Las Vegas Convention Center are rated at 450 pounds per square foot, and anything staged on the South Hall upper level drops to 300, so machinery placement gets confirmed against the floor rating before the layout is finalized.

Transport to the receiving point and material handling inside the event are separate parts of the budget. Review the shipment weight, receiving route, delivery schedule and applicable show-service charges in the written project quote.

You supply the logo and the message; we handle artwork specification, preflight, output, finishing, labeling and installation. Every graphic is produced for the surface it goes on rather than resized from something made for another booth.

Confirm the exhibit structure, graphics, lighting, flooring, transport, installation, dismantle and return arrangements in the written project quote. Identify any electrical, rigging, material handling and other third-party charges separately.

Tell us your show, your booth number and your square footage and we will come back with this design adapted to your brand and one quote covering all of it. Call (702) 760-4036.
