A 20x40 island rental — 800 square feet with aisles on every side and no back wall to hide behind.
A 20x40 is 800 square feet — room for a genuine demonstration theater and private meeting space on the same footprint.
Exhibitors take this design to NAB Show. NAB is a technical floor where buyers want to sit at the desk and drive the tool. Demo pods with proper seating, real monitors and headphone-quality audio beat a video wall playing a sizzle reel.
One practical note for NAB Show: Power and signal are the whole problem. Rack loads, clean power, dark-fiber runs between booths and rigging for large displays all have to be ordered against a hall whose ceiling heights range from 20 feet in Central 2 to 35 feet in Central 3 through 5.
Teamsters hold jurisdiction in Las Vegas over unloading, material-handling equipment and the install and dismantle of prefabricated exhibits. Your own full-time staff may work the booth with employment proof and photo ID, but they may not use tools of any type at any booth size. We handle the labor call so that is not your problem.
The graphics are yours. Every panel, header, counter face and hanging sign on this exhibit is printed for your brand — nothing generic ships with it. We prepare the artwork specification, run preflight against it, output it, finish it and install it, so the color on the wall is the color you approved.
Included: exhibit structure, your graphics, lighting, flooring, delivery to the venue, installation, dismantle and return. We also order and coordinate electrical, rigging, material handling and the labor call, and put all of it on one quote.
Give us the booth number and the show and we will adapt this exhibit to your brand, quote it complete, and be in the hall when it goes up. Call (702) 760-4036.
