This 40x40 island exhibit rental gives you 1,600 square feet open on all four sides, which changes the design problem completely.
A 40x40 is 1,600 square feet. At this size structure, rigging and labor planning matter as much as the design, and the install window becomes a scheduling problem in its own right.
This is a double-deck structure, which is the single most involved thing you can put on a trade show floor. It needs engineered drawings, venue and fire-marshal approval, occupancy sign-off, an accessibility plan and a longer install window — and it needs all of that submitted well ahead of the show, not during move-in. We handle the engineering package and the approvals.
Exhibitors take this design to SEMA Show. SEMA is a vehicle show. Turntables, raised platforms, ramps for lowered vehicles, vehicle spotting and the sequence in which cars enter the hall drive the entire exhibit design, and everything else is built around them.
Worth knowing before you commit to a design for SEMA Show — Vehicle move-in at SEMA runs on its own schedule ahead of general freight and is spotted by the general contractor. Platform structure, turntable load paths, ramp angle for low ground clearance and floor loading against the 450-pound-per-square-foot ground-level rating all have to be engineered in advance — and fuel-level and battery-disconnect rules apply.
Transport to the receiving point and material handling inside the event are separate parts of the budget. Review the shipment weight, receiving route, delivery schedule and applicable show-service charges in the written project quote.
Nothing about this rental is second-hand in appearance. Graphics are printed new for your show, fitted to the exact panel dimensions, and the exhibit is inspected before it leaves our building. A rental should look like a purchase, and if it does not, we did it wrong.
Confirm the exhibit structure, graphics, lighting, flooring, transport, installation, dismantle and return arrangements in the written project quote. Identify any electrical, rigging, material handling and other third-party charges separately.
Tell us your show, your booth number and your square footage and we will come back with this design adapted to your brand and one quote covering all of it. Call (702) 760-4036.
