Exhibit overview

The exhibit, adapted around your show.

Review the supplied exhibit description, then request a project quote to confirm customization, services, timing, availability, and final scope.

40x40 is a true island footprint: 1,600 square feet, four open sides, and a structure that has to read correctly from every approach.

A 40x40 is 1,600 square feet. At this size structure, rigging and labor planning matter as much as the design, and the install window becomes a scheduling problem in its own right.

The LED surfaces are the center of this design. Content is the thing people actually stop for, so plan the loop before the structure is finalized: short, silent-legible, and built to be understood from the aisle rather than from a seat. We handle the content specification, the processor, the power and the technical staffing during show days.

It reads well at AAPEX, and here is why that matters. AAPEX runs the same week as SEMA and splits across two buildings, so exhibitors and buyers are moving between three venues in one week. Wayfinding and a memorable booth position matter more than usual.

Worth knowing before you commit to a design for AAPEX — Two buildings means two freight paths, two sets of rigging rules and two load-in schedules. Confirm which building holds your space before anything is designed, because the Venetian and CAESARS FORUM have different constraints.

For energy exhibitors, the layout matters more than the styling. Product placement, demonstration sightlines and where a serious conversation happens are the decisions that change results, and we work those out with you before the graphics are drawn.

Labor and exhibitor-performed work rules depend on the show, venue, task and current exhibitor manual. Review the permitted work, contractor arrangements and move-in procedures for your assigned space before scheduling the installation.

Nothing about this rental is second-hand in appearance. Graphics are printed new for your show, fitted to the exact panel dimensions, and the exhibit is inspected before it leaves our building. A rental should look like a purchase, and if it does not, we did it wrong.

What the rental covers: the structure, the graphics printed for your brand, delivery to your Las Vegas venue, installation, supervision through show days, dismantle and return. One quote, one accountable team, no six invoices from six vendors.

Give us the booth number and the show and we will adapt this exhibit to your brand, quote it complete, and be in the hall when it goes up. Call (702) 760-4036.
