Exhibit overview

The exhibit, adapted around your show.

Review the supplied exhibit description, then request a project quote to confirm customization, services, timing, availability, and final scope.

10x30 of inline space is 300 square feet against a back wall, and this rental exhibit is designed to make that wall do the heavy lifting.

A 10x30 is 300 square feet of linear run, which lets you sequence the visit along the aisle: something that stops them, something that shows them, something that closes.

The LED surfaces are the center of this design. Content is the thing people actually stop for, so plan the loop before the structure is finalized: short, silent-legible, and built to be understood from the aisle rather than from a seat. We handle the content specification, the processor, the power and the technical staffing during show days.

Exhibitors take this design to Black Hat USA. The Business Hall is dense with competing vendors saying similar things. What separates booths here is a live technical demonstration run by an engineer rather than a booth staffed entirely by sales.

Black Hat USA has one requirement that catches people out. Live demo environments on a floor full of security researchers need isolated, hardwired network segments. Do not put a demo on show Wi-Fi at Black Hat, for reasons that should be obvious.

Ceiling height in Las Vegas halls is not uniform and it decides whether a hanging sign is possible. At the Las Vegas Convention Center it ranges from 12 feet below the North Hall second level to 35 feet in North 1 and 2, Central 3 through 5, and West Hall. We check your assigned space before a sign is fabricated.

Nothing about this rental is second-hand in appearance. Graphics are printed new for your show, fitted to the exact panel dimensions, and the exhibit is inspected before it leaves our building. A rental should look like a purchase, and if it does not, we did it wrong.

The rental price includes structure, custom-printed graphics, flooring, lighting, delivery, install, on-site supervision, dismantle and return freight. We quote the show services alongside it so you see the real total before you commit.

Send the show, the space size and what the booth has to accomplish. You will get this direction customized to your brand and a single all-in quote. Call (702) 760-4036.
