Exhibit overview

The exhibit, adapted around your show.

Review the supplied exhibit description, then request a project quote to confirm customization, services, timing, availability, and final scope.

An island at 20x20 gives you 400 square feet and four front doors. This exhibit rental is designed around that.

A 20x20 is 400 square feet and the first true island. Four open sides means no back to hide the storage behind, so the center structure has to do brand duty and storage duty at the same time.

The LED surfaces are the center of this design. Content is the thing people actually stop for, so plan the loop before the structure is finalized: short, silent-legible, and built to be understood from the aisle rather than from a seat. We handle the content specification, the processor, the power and the technical staffing during show days.

It reads well at CES, and here is why that matters. CES is the one show where your neighbors are spending eight figures on their booth and the aisle judges you in three seconds. Lighting quality, screen resolution and the cleanliness of the cable run do more for credibility here than square footage does.

One practical note for CES: CES move-in is the tightest in the industry because the show takes the entire campus at once and the freight queue on Paradise Road backs up for hours. Targeted freight windows are assigned, they are enforced, and a missed window becomes an overtime install.

If you sell into technology, the exhibit has to answer a technical question fast and then give someone room to ask a second one. This design can be laid out for either emphasis.

Floor loading governs anything heavy. Ground-level halls at the Las Vegas Convention Center are rated at 450 pounds per square foot and the South Hall upper level at 300, which is the number that matters for vehicles, machinery and double-deck footings.

You supply the logo and the message; we handle artwork specification, preflight, output, finishing, labeling and installation. Every graphic is produced for the surface it goes on rather than resized from something made for another booth.

The rental price includes structure, custom-printed graphics, flooring, lighting, delivery, install, on-site supervision, dismantle and return freight. We quote the show services alongside it so you see the real total before you commit.

Tell us your show, your booth number and your square footage and we will come back with this design adapted to your brand and one quote covering all of it. Call (702) 760-4036.
