This 10x20 inline exhibit rental is built for the exhibitor who has 200 square feet of linear space and needs every inch of it working.
A 10x20 gives you 200 square feet and, critically, enough width to separate attracting someone from talking to them — a demo on one side, a seated conversation on the other.
It reads well at PPAI Expo, and here is why that matters. PPAI is a product show, not a story show. Buyers want to pick things up, and the booths that work turn the backwall into shelving and the counters into sampling surfaces rather than saving the space for a brand statement.
One practical note for PPAI Expo: Sample volume is the logistics problem nobody plans for. Cases of product arrive separately from the exhibit, need locked overnight storage, and have to be merchandised and restocked daily, so the booth needs a real closet and not a curtain.
Ceiling height in Las Vegas halls is not uniform and it decides whether a hanging sign is possible. At the Las Vegas Convention Center it ranges from 12 feet below the North Hall second level to 35 feet in North 1 and 2, Central 3 through 5, and West Hall. We check your assigned space before a sign is fabricated.
You supply the logo and the message; we handle artwork specification, preflight, output, finishing, labeling and installation. Every graphic is produced for the surface it goes on rather than resized from something made for another booth.
Confirm the exhibit structure, graphics, lighting, flooring, transport, installation, dismantle and return arrangements in the written project quote. Identify any electrical, rigging, material handling and other third-party charges separately.
Send the show, the space size and what the booth has to accomplish. You will get this direction customized to your brand and a single all-in quote. Call (702) 760-4036.
