This 10x20 inline exhibit rental is built for the exhibitor who has 200 square feet of linear space and needs every inch of it working.
A 10x20 gives you 200 square feet and, critically, enough width to separate attracting someone from talking to them — a demo on one side, a seated conversation on the other.
This design leads with LED video. That brings real requirements with it — dedicated power, a content plan, a processor, and in most Las Vegas halls a rigging plan for anything overhead. All of it is included in what we quote, and a technician is on site through show days.
It reads well at World of Concrete, and here is why that matters. World of Concrete runs heavy. Mixers, pumps, saws and lifts sit on the floor and in the outdoor lots, and an exhibit built for this show has to survive being walked through in work boots for three days.
One practical note for World of Concrete: Equipment weight is the design constraint. Ground-level halls at the Las Vegas Convention Center are rated at 450 pounds per square foot, and anything staged on the South Hall upper level drops to 300, so machinery placement gets confirmed against the floor rating before the layout is finalized.
technology brands use this footprint to put a working demonstration where the aisle can see it and a private conversation where it cannot. We adapt the interior layout to whichever of those matters more to you.
Floor loading governs anything heavy. Ground-level halls at the Las Vegas Convention Center are rated at 450 pounds per square foot and the South Hall upper level at 300, which is the number that matters for vehicles, machinery and double-deck footings.
Nothing about this rental is second-hand in appearance. Graphics are printed new for your show, fitted to the exact panel dimensions, and the exhibit is inspected before it leaves our building. A rental should look like a purchase, and if it does not, we did it wrong.
The rental price includes structure, custom-printed graphics, flooring, lighting, delivery, install, on-site supervision, dismantle and return freight. We quote the show services alongside it so you see the real total before you commit.
Give us the booth number and the show and we will adapt this exhibit to your brand, quote it complete, and be in the hall when it goes up. Call (702) 760-4036.
