Vehicle-first planning
A vehicle-display booth is not a normal exhibit with a car added at the end. The vehicle, access plan, platform, and build sequence need to be coordinated before production begins.

Vehicle access is scheduled by show management and typically happens before the booth is built around the vehicle. The installation plan has to follow the current spotting sequence, not assume the vehicle can arrive after structure is in place.
A turntable must be rated to the actual vehicle. Once it is integrated with a raised platform, the configuration has to account for a rotating point load rather than only a static display weight.
A vehicle on a raised structure concentrates weight differently than a vehicle on the slab. The platform, deck, and support concept need to be reviewed against the show and venue requirements.
Vehicle preparation rules come from the current exhibitor kit. Confirm fuel, battery, fuel-cap, drip-pan, and documentation requirements before the vehicle leaves the shop.

LVCC move-in context
The Las Vegas Convention Center campus and its operating windows require a practical plan for vehicle spotting, staging, installation, testing, and move-out. Exact times and procedures belong to the current exhibitor documentation.
Vehicle and booth access can follow different schedules and processes. Confirm the current staging plan before assigning the build sequence.
Plan for the vehicle to be in position before structure closes off its access path, following the organizer’s current vehicle-spotting instructions.
Account for how the booth opens around the vehicle and how the vehicle exits so dismantle does not create an avoidable show-floor bottleneck.
Service boundary
Material handling and electrical service are ordered from the show’s general service contractor and provided by that contractor. We do not provide either service.

Vehicle spotting is scheduled by show management and typically happens before booth structures are assembled around the vehicle. The build sequence needs to follow the official spotting plan so access and installation decisions are coordinated around the current schedule.
That depends on the unit. Turntables have specific weight ratings and must be matched to the vehicle. A turntable integrated into a raised platform also changes the platform load calculation, so the rotating load path has to be reviewed with the full display configuration.
Shows of this type commonly require a low fuel level, a disconnected or taped battery, a locked or taped fuel cap, and drip pans under the vehicle. Exact requirements come from the current SEMA exhibitor kit and can change year to year.
