Renting a 10x20 booth means 200 square feet with neighbors on both sides. This exhibit is designed to win the aisle anyway.
A 10x20 gives you 200 square feet and, critically, enough width to separate attracting someone from talking to them — a demo on one side, a seated conversation on the other.
LED changes what the exhibit can say. Instead of one fixed message printed on fabric, the wall can carry product demonstrations, live data, customer stories and brand film across the same surface. We spec the pitch, brightness and processing to the viewing distance in your booth rather than to a brochure number.
Exhibitors take this design to MAGIC Las Vegas. Fashion buyers read a booth the way they read a store. Hanging systems, sightlines to the garment, and light that renders fabric color honestly matter more than any structural feature of the exhibit.
MAGIC Las Vegas has one requirement that catches people out. Apparel shows need real back-of-house: steamers, line sheets, sample storage, a place to change a mannequin without doing it in the aisle. Budget floor area for it instead of borrowing it from the aisle.
Floor loading governs anything heavy. Ground-level halls at the Las Vegas Convention Center are rated at 450 pounds per square foot and the South Hall upper level at 300, which is the number that matters for vehicles, machinery and double-deck footings.
You supply the logo and the message; we handle artwork specification, preflight, output, finishing, labeling and installation. Every graphic is produced for the surface it goes on rather than resized from something made for another booth.
The rental price includes structure, custom-printed graphics, flooring, lighting, delivery, install, on-site supervision, dismantle and return freight. We quote the show services alongside it so you see the real total before you commit.
Send the show, the space size and what the booth has to accomplish. You will get this direction customized to your brand and a single all-in quote. Call (702) 760-4036.
