Renting a 10x10 booth means 100 square feet with neighbors on both sides. This exhibit is designed to win the aisle anyway.
A 10x10 is 100 square feet. The backwall is the brand, the counter is storage and demo surface at once, and there is no room for anything that is not earning its place.
This design leads with LED video. That brings real requirements with it — dedicated power, a content plan, a processor, and in most Las Vegas halls a rigging plan for anything overhead. All of it is included in what we quote, and a technician is on site through show days.
Exhibitors take this design to CES. CES is the one show where your neighbors are spending eight figures on their booth and the aisle judges you in three seconds. Lighting quality, screen resolution and the cleanliness of the cable run do more for credibility here than square footage does.
One practical note for CES: CES move-in is the tightest in the industry because the show takes the entire campus at once and the freight queue on Paradise Road backs up for hours. Targeted freight windows are assigned, they are enforced, and a missed window becomes an overtime install.
If you sell into technology, the exhibit has to answer a technical question fast and then give someone room to ask a second one. This design can be laid out for either emphasis.
Ceiling height in Las Vegas halls is not uniform and it decides whether a hanging sign is possible. At the Las Vegas Convention Center it ranges from 12 feet below the North Hall second level to 35 feet in North 1 and 2, Central 3 through 5, and West Hall. We check your assigned space before a sign is fabricated.
The graphics are yours. Every panel, header, counter face and hanging sign on this exhibit is printed for your brand — nothing generic ships with it. We prepare the artwork specification, run preflight against it, output it, finish it and install it, so the color on the wall is the color you approved.
What the rental covers: the structure, the graphics printed for your brand, delivery to your Las Vegas venue, installation, supervision through show days, dismantle and return. One quote, one accountable team, no six invoices from six vendors.
Tell us your show, your booth number and your square footage and we will come back with this design adapted to your brand and one quote covering all of it. Call (702) 760-4036.
