10x20 of inline space is 200 square feet against a back wall, and this rental exhibit is designed to make that wall do the heavy lifting.

A 10x20 gives you 200 square feet and, critically, enough width to separate attracting someone from talking to them — a demo on one side, a seated conversation on the other.

The LED surfaces are the center of this design. Content is the thing people actually stop for, so plan the loop before the structure is finalized: short, silent-legible, and built to be understood from the aisle rather than from a seat. We handle the content specification, the processor, the power and the technical staffing during show days.

It reads well at IMEX America, and here is why that matters. Everybody on this floor plans events for a living, which makes it the most critically observed booth audience anywhere. Your stand is your portfolio whether you intended it that way or not.

One practical note for IMEX America: The hosted-buyer program schedules appointments into your stand all day, so the layout has to handle back-to-back meetings with privacy and a place for the next buyer to wait.

If you sell into travel and hospitality, the exhibit has to answer a technical question fast and then give someone room to ask a second one. This design can be laid out for either emphasis.

Ceiling height in Las Vegas halls is not uniform and it decides whether a hanging sign is possible. At the Las Vegas Convention Center it ranges from 12 feet below the North Hall second level to 35 feet in North 1 and 2, Central 3 through 5, and West Hall. We check your assigned space before a sign is fabricated.

Nothing about this rental is second-hand in appearance. Graphics are printed new for your show, fitted to the exact panel dimensions, and the exhibit is inspected before it leaves our building. A rental should look like a purchase, and if it does not, we did it wrong.

The rental price includes structure, custom-printed graphics, flooring, lighting, delivery, install, on-site supervision, dismantle and return freight. We quote the show services alongside it so you see the real total before you commit.

Give us the booth number and the show and we will adapt this exhibit to your brand, quote it complete, and be in the hall when it goes up. Call (702) 760-4036.
