This 30x50 island exhibit rental gives you 1,500 square feet open on all four sides, which changes the design problem completely.
Exhibitors take this design to SEMA Show. SEMA is a vehicle show. Turntables, raised platforms, ramps for lowered vehicles, vehicle spotting and the sequence in which cars enter the hall drive the entire exhibit design, and everything else is built around them.
Worth knowing before you commit to a design for SEMA Show — Vehicle move-in at SEMA runs on its own schedule ahead of general freight and is spotted by the general contractor. Platform structure, turntable load paths, ramp angle for low ground clearance and floor loading against the 450-pound-per-square-foot ground-level rating all have to be engineered in advance — and fuel-level and battery-disconnect rules apply.
Floor loading governs anything heavy. Ground-level halls at the Las Vegas Convention Center are rated at 450 pounds per square foot and the South Hall upper level at 300, which is the number that matters for vehicles, machinery and double-deck footings.
Nothing about this rental is second-hand in appearance. Graphics are printed new for your show, fitted to the exact panel dimensions, and the exhibit is inspected before it leaves our building. A rental should look like a purchase, and if it does not, we did it wrong.
What the rental covers: the structure, the graphics printed for your brand, delivery to your Las Vegas venue, installation, supervision through show days, dismantle and return. One quote, one accountable team, no six invoices from six vendors.
Give us the booth number and the show and we will adapt this exhibit to your brand, quote it complete, and be in the hall when it goes up. Call (702) 760-4036.
