Exhibit overview

The exhibit, adapted around your show.

Review the supplied exhibit description, then request a project quote to confirm customization, services, timing, availability, and final scope.

This is a 10x20 inline rental exhibit — 200 square feet, one open side, and a backwall that decides whether anyone stops.

A 10x20 gives you 200 square feet and, critically, enough width to separate attracting someone from talking to them — a demo on one side, a seated conversation on the other.

LED changes what the exhibit can say. Instead of one fixed message printed on fabric, the wall can carry product demonstrations, live data, customer stories and brand film across the same surface. We spec the pitch, brightness and processing to the viewing distance in your booth rather than to a brochure number.

This exhibit is in the catalog because it works at SEMA Show. SEMA is a vehicle show. Turntables, raised platforms, ramps for lowered vehicles, vehicle spotting and the sequence in which cars enter the hall drive the entire exhibit design, and everything else is built around them.

SEMA Show has one requirement that catches people out. Vehicle move-in at SEMA runs on its own schedule ahead of general freight and is spotted by the general contractor. Platform structure, turntable load paths, ramp angle for low ground clearance and floor loading against the 450-pound-per-square-foot ground-level rating all have to be engineered in advance — and fuel-level and battery-disconnect rules apply.

For automotive exhibitors, the layout matters more than the styling. Product placement, demonstration sightlines and where a serious conversation happens are the decisions that change results, and we work those out with you before the graphics are drawn.

Transport to the receiving point and material handling inside the event are separate parts of the budget. Review the shipment weight, receiving route, delivery schedule and applicable show-service charges in the written project quote.

Nothing about this rental is second-hand in appearance. Graphics are printed new for your show, fitted to the exact panel dimensions, and the exhibit is inspected before it leaves our building. A rental should look like a purchase, and if it does not, we did it wrong.

What the rental covers: the structure, the graphics printed for your brand, delivery to your Las Vegas venue, installation, supervision through show days, dismantle and return. One quote, one accountable team, no six invoices from six vendors.

Give us the booth number and the show and we will adapt this exhibit to your brand, quote it complete, and be in the hall when it goes up. Call (702) 760-4036.
