Las Vegas Convention Center is at 3150 Paradise Road, Las Vegas, NV 89109. The halls are linked by the LVCC Loop, and the West Hall holds 328,000 square feet of column-free space, the largest column-free exhibit floor in North America.
The numbers that decide what you can build
Ceiling clearance is not uniform and it decides whether your hanging sign flies: North Halls 1 and 2 reach 35 feet, North 3 and 4 reach 33 feet, the North air-wall track drops to 28 feet and the area below the second level to 12 feet; Central 1 is 25 feet, Central 2 is 20 feet, Central 3 through 5 reach 35 feet and the Central 3 concourse 31 feet; South 1 is 25 feet, South 2 is 30 feet and South 4 is 25 feet.
Ground-level halls are rated at 450 pounds per square foot; the South Hall upper level is rated at 300 pounds per square foot, which is the number that governs heavy machinery, vehicles and double-deck footings up there.
Labor, freight and the exhibitor kit
Labor and exhibitor-performed work rules depend on the show, venue, task and current exhibitor manual. Review the permitted work, contractor arrangements and move-in procedures for your assigned space before scheduling the installation.
Material handling is charged by weight and it is the line exhibitors underestimate most often. Shipping to the advance warehouse gets your crate into Las Vegas early and delivered to your space by the general contractor; shipping direct to show site means hitting a targeted move-in window at Las Vegas Convention Center, and missing that window is expensive. When you rent from us the freight originates in Las Vegas and a large part of that cost goes away.

Double-deck structures, LED-led designs and fully custom builds are all available as well. A double deck needs engineered drawings, fire-marshal review and occupancy sign-off, and those approvals have deadlines well ahead of move-in — we manage that submission.

Do you rent trade show exhibits, or only build custom ones?
Both, and most Las Vegas exhibitors are better served by renting. A rental gives you the finished appearance of a purchased exhibit with no capital outlay, no storage bill between shows and no refurbishment cost when the design dates. You get new graphics every time and you can change footprint from one year to the next. We also design and fabricate custom exhibits when the booth has to do something a rental cannot. What is included when I rent an exhibit from you?
Structure, graphics printed new for your brand, flooring, lighting, delivery to your venue, installation, supervision through show days, dismantle and return freight. We also order and coordinate electrical, rigging, material handling and the labor call, and we put all of it on one quote so you are not reconciling six invoices from six vendors after the show.
