The Thomas & Mack Center on the UNLV campus is an arena rather than an exhibit hall, and it anchors the ten performances of the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo every December while the trade activity spreads to the Las Vegas Convention Center and South Point. The numbers that decide what you can build
Rigging in an arena bowl runs off the house grid and is shared with production, so sponsor signage competes for points with lighting and scoreboard loads.
Arena floors, concourse activations and sponsor footprints are built around event ingress and egress windows measured in hours, not days, so everything has to roll in, set and strike fast.
Labor, freight and the exhibitor kit
Arena labor and rigging follow venue and production rules rather than a conventional exhibit-hall general contractor kit.
Material handling is charged by weight and it is the line exhibitors underestimate most often. Shipping to the advance warehouse gets your crate into Las Vegas early and delivered to your space by the general contractor; shipping direct to show site means hitting a targeted move-in window at Thomas & Mack Center, and missing that window is expensive. When you rent from us the freight originates in Las Vegas and a large part of that cost goes away.

Do you rent trade show exhibits, or only build custom ones?
Both, and most Las Vegas exhibitors are better served by renting. A rental gives you the finished appearance of a purchased exhibit with no capital outlay, no storage bill between shows and no refurbishment cost when the design dates. You get new graphics every time and you can change footprint from one year to the next. We also design and fabricate custom exhibits when the booth has to do something a rental cannot. What is included when I rent an exhibit from you?
Structure, graphics printed new for your brand, flooring, lighting, delivery to your venue, installation, supervision through show days, dismantle and return freight. We also order and coordinate electrical, rigging, material handling and the labor call, and we put all of it on one quote so you are not reconciling six invoices from six vendors after the show.
How do Las Vegas union rules affect my booth?
Teamsters hold jurisdiction over unloading and reloading, all material-handling equipment, and the installation, dismantle and first cleaning of prefabricated exhibits. Your own full-time employees may work the booth with proof of employment and photo ID, but they may not use tools of any type at any booth size and may hand-carry only — no dollies, no hand trucks. The specific rules are set per show by the general contractor in the exhibitor kit, and we read that kit for you and place the labor call.
Can you install and dismantle at Thomas & Mack Center?
Yes. We place the labor call, supervise the install, stay reachable through show days and handle the dismantle and return freight. You do not need to be in the hall at six in the morning watching a crate get opened.
